Manufacturing Engineer

Payrate: $23.00- $24.00/hr.


Summary:
Manufacturing Engineer responsible for improving production efficiency, analyzing manufacturing processes, interpreting engineering drawings/prints, supporting production planning, and maintaining quality and reliability standards within a manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct time, motion, and process studies to improve manufacturing efficiency
• Interpret engineering drawings, formulas, and specifications
• Review of production documentation and quality records
• Support production planning and work assignments
• Develop workflow, layout, and material-flow diagrams
• Monitor machine utilization and productivity metrics
• Assist with continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

Must Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
• 0-2 years of engineering/manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CAD software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $23.00- $24.00/hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
