Engineer Assistant - Detailer
Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineer Assistant- Detailer to join the team in Waco, TX. As a Detailer, you will work closely with the design team to create detailed drawings and documentation for projects. Your role will involve preparing submittal drawings, ensuring compliance with design standards, and supporting production and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

Prepare submittal and detail drawings using AutoCAD and 3D CAD software.
Compile engineering and specification packages, including calculations, RFIs, and design documentation.
Apply mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design standards in modular press box units.
Solve design and field issues related to fit, finish, and installation.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure project success.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience using AutoCAD.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Details

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr+
Pay Cycle: Weekly
Shift: 1st (Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
Location: Waco, TX 76712
