HR Strategy & Enablement Sr. Analyst

This position owns end-to-end execution of HR initiatives within the HR Strategy & Enablement model, ensuring work progresses from intake through delivery in alignment with priorities, timelines, and business outcomes. This role drives day-to-day coordination, maintains alignment across stakeholders, and ensures visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies—enabling HR to deliver work efficiently and consistently.Deep understanding of HR processes and technologies is critical in this role.RESPONSIBILITIESOwn execution of HR initiatives from intake through delivery, ensuring alignment to defined priorities and outcomesDrive progress by coordinating activities, managing dependencies, and ensuring follow-through on key actionsMaintain clear visibility into status, risks, and timelines across initiativesProactively identify and address blockers to keep work moving forward Support and execute the full lifecycle of HR work through the defined framework, including intake, planning, tracking, and deliveryEnsure work is properly scoped, sequenced, and aligned to roadmap prioritiesMaintain continuity and alignment as priorities evolve or shiftReinforce consistent ways of working across all stages of executionSupport ongoing maintenance of HR roadmaps, OKRsEnsure alignment between individual initiatives and broader HR prioritiesTrack and communicate changes to scope, timing, and dependenciesReconcile work across HR and HR Tech initiatives to ensure consistency and alignmentPartner with HR COEs, HRBPs, HR Operations, and HR Tech teams to drive executionFacilitate alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholdersAct as a central point of coordination to ensure clarity and accountabilitySupport leaders with updates, insights, and materials to enable effective decision-makingEnsure adherence to defined strategy and enablement processes, standards, and frameworksMaintain documentation, playbooks, and execution standardsSupport embedding compliance and risk considerations into workflowsOwn and maintain work tracking tools and ensure data accuracyProvide timely updates and reporting on progress, risks, and outcomesDevelop insights that highlight trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvementSupport data-driven decision-making across initiativesIdentify opportunities to streamline execution and improve ways of workingSupport adoption of consistent processes and scalable practices across HREDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS4-year degree preferredBusiness, HR, IT, or Operations related education preferredEXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION5+ years of progressive Human Resources, multiple implementations for large populations or related areasREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIESStrong execution and ownership mindset with ability to drive work forwardAbility to manage multiple initiatives and dependencies simultaneouslySkilled at coordinating across cross-functional stakeholdersDetail-oriented with strong organization and follow-throughAnalytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insightsDeep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulationsExperience with large implementationsStrong communication skills, both technical and non-technical with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build partnershipsAbility to work independently, supporting numerous tasks simultaneously while meeting critical timelinesAbility to develop executive level presentations, summaries and roadmapsStrong leadership skills to indirectly lead individuals or teamsProficiency within Microsoft Office toolsDisplays the ability to work in a fast paced, cultureInspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,000 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.We’re made up of some of the world’s most iconic restaurant brands, but we’re much more than just a restaurant company.
