Senior Search Strategy Planning Analyst

*** This position may be located in Atlanta, GA; Reston, VA; Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TXThe Strategy Planning (Analyst) drives the development of targets and KPI benchmarks across the TMUS enterprise. The manager works closely with search activation and technical SEO team to maximize overall outcomes and returns. This manager provides reporting on search KPIs and metrics for optimizations to achieve learning and optimization opportunities. They provide leadership support across measurement and attribution tools to tie channel performance to business outcomes The manager serves as a lead point of contact for landing data internally at TMUS, making it available for cross-functional analytical teams. They build process and comms for testing that is iterative for future learnings and on-going analysis.At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDT-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. T-Mobile will require proof of vaccination and consider requests for exemption from this requirement during the offer phase as a reasonable accommodation for medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs where the accommodation would not cause T-Mobile undue hardship or pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others.5+ years proven track record in managing search projects• Strong Analytical skills to measure, manage, analyze and report on KPIs.• Ability to manage multiple projects in highly-matrixed organizations, often with competing priorities• Fluent in on-page SEO in areas such as content gap analysis, campaign planning, and campaign performance reporting• Experience with Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar• Intermediate knowledge of page construction and development, as well as understanding of dynamic shifts in external platforms such as Google organic, social media and local search• Foundational knowledge of paid media a plus• Experience in an editorial and/or content management role a plus• Experience with Spanish SEO/SEM a plusEducation: Bachelor's degree in business marketing is a plus.Certification in Search Engine marketing or Search Engine Optimization a plus#LI-SR1Responsible for developing Total Search SEO + SEM analytics and reporting dashboards that compare KPI forecast to outcomes.Collaborate with SEM and SEO teams to identify and communicate in-market performance trends and compare to industry and competitive takeaways.Collaborate with cross-functional analytics and media partners to correlate search outcomes to business outcomes.Provide SEM and SEO teams with optimization suggestions based on data-informed search insights, competitive analysis and search tool insights that align to the Total Search strategy plan.Support Total Search testing as a channel and tactics to develop learnings that are repeatable over time for iterative and aid the steering of the search program.Develop business casing for channel and scope improvements investment predicated on ROI calculations using business inputs and sourced measurement calculations.Provide ad-hoc reporting and insights to support search strategy development and SEM + SEO in-flight needs.Serve as a point of contact for search data architecture and taxonomy in data lake environments.Equal Employment Opportunity We take equal opportunity seriously—by choice.T-Mobile USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
