Overview Expanding full-service real estate law firm based in South Florida is seeking a self-motivated Real Estate Attorney to manage the firm\'s Atlanta, Georgia law practice. Successful candidates must have experience in mortgage foreclosures as they will be responsible for working non judicial foreclosures, must be a Georgia licensed title agent with experience in real estate closings within the state of Georgia and fully competent to handle real estate closings from beginning to end. Responsibilities Manage the firm\'s Atlanta, Georgia law practice. Provide experience in mortgage foreclosures, including non-judicial foreclosures. Serve as a Georgia licensed title agent with experience in Georgia real estate closings and handle closings from start to finish. Qualifications Must have a valid Georgia Bar license in good standing; being licensed to practice in Florida is a plus. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Georgia mortgage foreclosure experience; GA Creditor Bankruptcy experience and eviction experience are a plus. Must be a Georgia licensed title agent with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate closings within the state of Georgia and fully competent to handle real estate closings from beginning to end. Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
