Since expanding into Georgia in 2023, the firm is seeking a motivated Georgia‑licensed attorney to lead the practice. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Georgia law practice, focusing on mortgage foreclosure matters, including non‑judicial foreclosures. Required Qualifications Active Georgia Bar license 3–5 years of Georgia mortgage foreclosure experience Experience handling non‑judicial foreclosures Strong organizational and case‑management skills Self‑motivated professional who can work independently Preferred Qualifications Georgia creditor bankruptcy experience Real estate closing experience Eviction experience Florida Bar license Location Flexible. Candidates may be based in Georgia or South Florida. Compensation Competitive and commensurate with experience.
