Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Tax Attorney with over four years of corporate and transactional tax experience for its Miami, FL office. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Duties

Provide expert legal advice on corporate and transactional tax matters.
Draft and review tax-related documents and agreements.
Collaborate with clients to develop tax strategies.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.

Requirements

Bar admission in one or more states where the firm has an office and the candidate wishes to reside.
Minimum of four years' experience in corporate and transactional tax law.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Active Bar membership in good standing.

Skills

Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
