As we build toward our landmark 50th Anniversary Campaign (2029–2030), you'll play a pivotal role in growing Outreach's fundraising capacity — working across events, donor relations, direct mail, and data strategy.

What you'll do:

• Manage departmental administration and operations, with a focus on event support, prospect research, and direct mail and email appeals.
• Generate fundraising reports, donor profiles, and gift reports using Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Support all in-person fundraising, board, and staff events — including pre- and post-event logistics.
• Help build Outreach's 1st digital donor moves management program in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Draft/maintain donor acknowledgement letter templates and personalized thank-you letters.
• Research current and prospective donors to identify new giving opportunities.
• Track foundation report and proposal deadlines with weekly updates for executive leadership.
• Support execution of quarterly newsletters and a new major gifts campaign.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3–5 years of development/fundraising experience at a non-profit (behavioral health experience a plus)
• Exceptional writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with Raiser's Edge NXT or a similar CRM; familiarity with wealth screening tools a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under deadlines
• Genuine commitment to Outreach's mission supporting people facing substance use and behavioral health challenges
