Dexian is seeking a Desktop Technician to provide temporary surge IT support in an enterprise environment near Fairfax, VA. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues for end-users, and deploying, configuring, repairing, replacing, and recovering devices and peripherals to maintain operational efficiency.
