Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.The following is MUST: Field Tech experience client facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maint of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification Requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac• TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, InstallingWhat will the work schedule be for this position?
