What You'll Be Doing Lead daily operations and assign tasks to team members to meet production goals Ensure safety and quality compliance across all work activities Train and mentor team members on equipment, procedures, and best practices Monitor performance and support continuous improvement initiatives Serve as point-of-contact between crews and management What Are We Looking For Proven ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Clear and confident communication across levels Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and accountability Capability to adapt to changing operational needs Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
