• Evaluate and manage acute orthopedic trauma cases
• Perform surgical procedures for fractures, dislocations, and complex musculoskeletal injuries
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Collaborate with ER teams, anesthesiologists, and other specialists
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma preferred
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong surgical and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
