About the Role We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Certified Personal Trainer with proven group fitness coaching experience to lead our signature classes in a split-room format half on treadmills, half on the strength floor. The ideal coach thrives in a music-driven environment, connects easily with people, and knows how to keep both new and experienced members safe, engaged, and motivated from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Lead 55-minute high-intensity classes combining treadmill cardio and strength training Manage and motivate both sides of the room at the same time Deliver clear, confident cueing in a music-filled environment Offer progressions and modifications for all fitness levels Create a welcoming space for first-timers and seasoned members Build relationships by learning and using member names Promote membership sales by demonstrating value and excitement Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and energy in every class Participate in STRIDE events, challenges, and community initiatives Required Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc. (active and in good standing) Proven group fitness coaching experience Strong public speaking skills and high-energy presence CPR/AED certification preferred Reliable transportation to Pasadena, CA Live within a 30-minute commute Availability for at least 4 classes per week, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends $50 to$60 per class, based on experience and performance Complimentary STRIDE Fitness membership Discounts on retail and events Opportunity to be part of a growing, high-energy fitness community #J-18808-Ljbffr
