Overview As a Customer Service Representative at Papa John’s, you will serve as the front‑line representative ensuring customers receive quality, hot meals. You may also work on the makeline to prepare food for families. Responsibilities Interact with customers, taking orders and ensuring a pleasant experience. Prepare food on the makeline under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed. Perform basic math and handle cash transactions accurately. Qualifications Minimum age 16 (18 required for delivery driver). Ability to work nights, weekends, and busy periods. Strong problem‑solving and basic math skills. Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods. Team‑player attitude and strong customer‑service orientation.
