This includes recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, supply chain, business and program management, leadership positions at every level and all other business functions. The ideal candidate must be a strategic business partner who combines data-driven decision making that drive innovative technology-based recruitment solutions, recruitment marketing, on-boarding and operational excellence – while ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
