Home Care Sales Representative  

Always Best Care Montgomery County

MD | Full-Time | Field-Based Role

Always Best Care of Montgomery County is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Home Care Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a high-energy, field-based sales and business development role for someone who thrives on building referral partnerships, networking in the community, and helping families connect with trusted senior care solutions.

This role is approximately 90% field-based and 10% office-based and requires a self-starter who can independently manage a territory, develop referral relationships, and grow new business opportunities.

• $60-80k per year base salary + commission

• Additional earnings for closed placements and performance growth

• Mileage reimbursement included

Territory Includes:

• Primary focus on Montgomery County, Maryland, including adjacent territories.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, assisted living communities, and senior care partners

• Conduct face-to-face marketing visits, community outreach, and professional presentations

• Identify and develop new referral opportunities throughout Montgomery County

• Manage and grow a referral pipeline using CRM systems

• Maintain consistent follow-up with referral partners and families

• Conduct client consultations to understand care needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Attend networking events, health fairs, chamber meetings, and community activities

• Provide activity updates and reports to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based sales experience

• Proactive, growth-oriented approach with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities

• Excellent communication, networking, and follow-up skills

• Comfortable with outreach, relationship building, and working independently

• Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline preferred

• Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Confident, personable, and professional

• Strong relationship builder and networker

• Comfortable representing a healthcare organization in the community

• Motivated by growth, connection, and helping seniors and families

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position

• Flexible, self-managed schedule

• Approximately 90% field / 10% office

• Evening and weekend outreach may be required

• On-call responsiveness expected for referral sources
