APP Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Neurology Job Category: Provider Requisition Number: APPNU002163 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Neurology 14001 N 7th St Suite F111 Phoenix, AZ 85022, USA Essential Functions: Provide patient services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients Perform patient assessments, diagnosis & treatment plans, perform physical examinations, consultations, patient counseling/education, family planning, and well women exams Orders and interprets patient care tests, treatments and exams Handles prescription needs, provides advice regarding chronic pain problems, general health education and coordination of care Includes travel to our clinics in various locations, as needed Education and Licensure: Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant educational program and passage of board-approved certifying exam Must possess a license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona. Experience: One year of experience in Neurology is required.
