Litigation Paralegal

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing litigation team. This position is ideal for a seasoned paralegal with strong commercial litigation and/or real estate litigation experience who enjoys working on complex matters from inception through trial. Position Details: Salary: $80,000-$100,000 Direct Hire Opportunity Hybrid work schedule Key responsibilities include: Managing cases through all phases of litigation. Drafting pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and correspondence. Reviewing and responding to subpoenas and document requests. Organizing, reviewing, and producing large volumes of documents. Assisting with depositions, trial preparation, witness coordination, and exhibit management. Conducting legal and factual research. Supporting attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Qualifications: 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred. Commercial litigation and/or real estate litigation experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and discovery processes. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms.
