Relocation Eligibility: The Paralegal will be responsible for conducting legal research (e.g., Drafting, reviewing and editing legal documents (e.g., Project management for legal cases, litigation, transactions, etc. Preparing legal forms/templates and legal pleadings (arbitration, litigation, etc.). Developing and maintaining files, databases and systems to collect, store and retrieve data on litigation, etc.

Structuring, drafting, negotiating and/or approving legal contracts, letters of agreement, policies and other documents.
Reviews, responds and performs basic editing of legal documents (e.g., formatting, grammar/spell checking of content, etc.).
Prepares written correspondence with outside counsel and other third parties, including responses to complaints.
Obtains signatures on legal documents, notarizing documents, etc.
Ensure all case files are accurately documented and updated within the case management system.
Plans and schedules logistics for meetings and travel, including board of director and shareholder meetings.
Customer Focus - Has ability to look from customer's view. Viewed as business partner by external and internal customers.
High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) or 1+ year(s) vocational training / associates degree.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
