Responsibilities Assist with promotional events, community activities, and customer engagement initiatives. Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers. Present and explain products and services clearly and professionally. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales. Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Build positive customer relationships and encourage sales opportunities. Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate to support sales growth. Support individual and team sales goals during events. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
