Part-Time Optometrist | 2 days per wk

Location: North & East Syracuse, NY Schedule: 2 days per week (Weekdays) Compensation: $700-$800 per diem Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care at two outpatient clinics in Syracuse, NY. This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. • Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice
• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
• Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
• Active New York optometry license
• Experience treating senior populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments

Schedule

• Part Time (8 days per month)
• Typical hours: 8:30am - 4:30 pm
• No nights
• No weekends
• No billing or administrative responsibilities
