HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner, FNP, AGNP, APP or Physician Assistant, PA-C for a full-time or part-time, permanent opportunity to join a leading PA-C owned Wound Care team in Salem, Oregon. APRN or PA-Cs passionate about learning a new specialty, newly graduated, or experienced in Wound Care will enjoy joining a welcoming team atmosphere, a five-week paid training program, monthly bonus potential, and ongoing professional development.

The Wound Care NP or PA-C will provide services in the greater Salem, Oregon north to region within the community and primarily within Skilled Nursing Facilities.

• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C will work Mon Friday, 6AM 3PM, with schedule flexibility and no call
• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C provides Wound Care services in SNF or the community
• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C work in the Salem region
• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C will coordinate with hands-on COO to establish a territory that maximizes patient facing time
• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C receives paid travel time and mileage reimbursement
• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C will have an assigned support staff member from each facility
• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C has support from in-house Clinical Resource Nursing team for SNF to troubleshoot any Nursing or facility issues
• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C receive customized paid training, with experienced PA-C and MD with Advanced Chronic Wound Care Certification
• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C perform wound assessment and provide minor surgical procedures
• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C receive training on suturing, suturing removal, debridement, etc.
• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C create treatment plans and document all care on EHR
• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C collaborate virtually as needed with medical leadership including BC MDs & Surgeons specialized in Wound Care
• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C will be eligible for monthly bonuses based on performance
• NP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C interested in research and preceptorships will have access to participate

Traveling Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) / Physicians Associate (PA-C) Requirements:

• Master's Degree
• Eligibility for OR licensure
• DEA License or Eligibility
• Driver's License

Traveling Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) / Physicians Associate (PA-C) Compensation:

• 135K 165K Base
• Monthly Bonus Potential (1-6K)
• Relocation Assistance $2,500+
