We serve a wide variety of patients with varying levels of acute, complex, and chronic disease management needs. Qualifications & Requirements Be eligible for Oregon license as PA or NP Have Federal and State DEA certification State License (Preferred) DEA Certification (Preferred) The ideal candidate will have a friendly and caring attitude, possess excellent teamwork and communication skills and enjoy providing high quality care for your patients.
