FreeCast is looking for an organized, proactive, and digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Orlando.

This role is the day-to-day coordination hub for our marketing initiatives. You’ll help move projects from idea to launch by keeping timelines, deliverables, creative assets, approvals, and follow-ups organized across social media, email, website content, and other marketing channels.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys making things happen. You don’t need to be the person setting the overall marketing strategy– you need to be someone who can take priorities, turn them into action, keep multiple projects moving, and make sure the details don’t fall through the cracks.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Orlando office. Hybrid and remote work are not available for this role.

What You Need to Succeed

• Approximately 2–3 years of professional marketing experience in a business environment
• Strong project coordination skills, with experience managing multiple deadlines, deliverables, stakeholders, and follow-ups
• Approximately 1–2 years of hands-on business social media experience, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content
• Approximately 1–2 years of experience supporting email marketing campaigns
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple projects moving at the same time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with careful attention to copy, links, dates, assets, and brand consistency
• Comfort working with basic marketing performance data and campaign metrics
• Working knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, social publishing platforms, email marketing tools, or similar systems
• Comfort working with digital content and learning basic website/CMS processes
• A proactive mindset you’re comfortable following up, asking questions, identifying blockers, and helping move work forward
• Ability to work full-time on-site at FreeCast’s Orlando office

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Experience using project or workflow management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday or similar platforms
• Experience with Iterable or another email/lifecycle marketing platform
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, campaign tracking, UTM tracking, or social/email reporting tools
• Experience with content calendars and campaign planning
• Experience in streaming, media, technology, entertainment, or another fast-moving digital business is a plus

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing Project Coordination & Campaign Traffic

• Serve as the day-to-day coordinator for marketing projects, helping move initiatives from request and brief through review, approval, launch, and follow-up
• Maintain the marketing calendar and project tracker, including priorities, owners, deadlines, status, dependencies, approvals, and next steps
• Turn approved marketing priorities into clear execution plans and briefs
• Coordinate handoffs across design, video, digital, content, product, sales, partners, and other teams
• Follow up on outstanding deliverables and help keep projects moving on schedule
• Identify missing assets, approval needs, scheduling risks, and potential blockers before they impact launch timelines
• Provide clear status updates and help ensure action items and commitments are followed through to completion
• Perform basic pre- and post-launch quality checks across copy, creative, links, and campaign assets

Social Media

• Support and maintain FreeCast’s social content calendar across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube
• Draft, edit, schedule, and publish social content based on approved messaging and brand direction
• Coordinate creative assets for posts, Reels, Shorts, Stories, carousels, partner collaborations, and other social content
• Support partner tagging, collaboration requests, and co-marketing initiatives
• Monitor basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and content trends
• Share observations and performance insights with the Marketing team

Email Marketing

• Help build, QA, schedule, and monitor email campaigns using Iterable or a comparable email marketing platform
• Coordinate subject lines, copy, creative, links, calls to action, audience segments, test sends, and approvals
• Support list segmentation, A/B testing, UTM/link tracking, and basic campaign optimization
• Maintain the email marketing calendar and coordinate sends with broader campaign priorities
• Monitor open, click, and conversion performance and share relevant observations with Marketing leadership

Website & Digital Content

• Assist with basic website content updates, including copy, images, links, and campaign information
• Coordinate more technical website requests with the appropriate digital or development teams
• Perform basic page checks before and after publication to confirm links, content, and visual accuracy across desktop and mobile
• Learn FreeCast’s website and CMS processes over time

Previous coding, web development, advanced SEO, or extensive CMS experience is not required.

Additional Marketing Support

• Support the development of presentations, one-pagers, campaign recaps, and partner-facing marketing materials
• Conduct light market, competitor, audience, and campaign research
• Assist with marketing reporting and documentation
• Help keep campaign activity, results, deadlines, and next steps organized and visible
• Provide additional day-to-day marketing support as priorities evolve

FAST Channel Explanation

FreeCast operates in the streaming television industry, including FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming Television).

FAST channels provide viewers with television programming without requiring a traditional paid subscription. Instead, the content is supported by advertising—similar to traditional television, but delivered through internet-connected streaming platforms and devices.

As Marketing Coordinator, you do not need to come in as a streaming or FAST expert. You’ll learn our business, products, audiences, and industry as part of the role.

Your focus will be helping the Marketing team turn priorities into execution across campaigns, social media, email, digital content, and other channels.
