Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join a busy patient-focused office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service.

Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required. Medical office experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate with strong receptionist, office, or customer service experience.

What You'll Do

Welcome and check in patients
Answer calls and assist with patient questions
Schedule and confirm appointments
Prepare patient charts and update records
Manage provider schedules and office calendars
Assist with patient check-in and check-out
Communicate with patients in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
Maintain an organized and welcoming front office

What We're Looking For

Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
Medical, dental, or eye care experience is a plus
Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
