Production Coordinator

Essential Responsibilities Coordinate production schedules and timelines for photo, video, and digital content projects Serve as the logistical coordinator for capture-shoots, including booking locations, talent, equipment, and managing permits Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align production with campaign goals Assist in managing internal and external communications related to production Track and manage production budgets, expenses, invoices, and vendor contracts Maintain clear documentation including call sheets, production briefs, and post-production timelines Support the social media team with asset delivery and scheduling needs Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all produced content Collaborate with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee quality control Assist with market research, reporting, and performance analysis Requirements Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Asana, Trello) Basic understanding of photography, videography, and post-production workflows. Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments (events, resort shoots, live shoots, etc.) Punctual and professional Ability to carry and set up equipment (sometimes heavy gear) if needed Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in various weather conditions Willingness to travel for capture-shoots if needed Ability to stand for extended periods during capture-shoots Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in production coordination, preferably within marketing or content teams Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office SCHEDULE - M-F 9-6 some weekends and nights as needed.
