**Required Experience and Licensure:** - Current RN License (eligible for licensure in Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri) - BLS certification from AHA only - 2 years Level 1 or 2 Trauma Experience (Teaching hospital experience will be considered) - Scrub and OR Circulator experience **Preferred Experience:** - Multiple years of experience in Level 1 trauma **Skills and Abilities:** - Demonstrated skill in human relations and communications - Demonstrated clinical expertise in the area of responsibility **Additional Requirements:** - Highly motivated self-starter - Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week - Physical demands include standing and walking most of the time on duty, lifting and pushing patients, and handling weights up to 50 lbs.
