Overview Office Administrator Starting pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00pm to 4:00pm Location: 10514 Oberrender Rd. Responsibilities Support daily operations of a behavioral health treatment facility. Maintain office and facility equipment, including timekeeping, telecommunications, and printing systems. Manage petty cash, invoices, and operational records in accordance with company policies. Monitor and order clinical, administrative, and facility supplies. Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, families, referral sources, and community partners. Coordinate scheduling and communication between clinical staff, patients, families, and outside providers. Assist with compliance, accreditation readiness, documentation management, and audit support. Support risk management, workplace safety, and quality improvement initiatives. Assist with electronic health record (EHR) processes and other operational systems. Qualifications 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role in behavioral health or healthcare required. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ateam player with a positive attitude. Technology Proficient :Skilled in using Microsoft Office and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity, familiarity with office equipment and troubleshooting. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
