Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of Florida plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (Required) Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) Proven experience preparing and attending trials. Strong customer service and communication skills. Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Professional, poised, and team-oriented. Demonstrated job stability and accountability. Must pass a pre-employment screening. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Your Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Prepare cases for trial and provide in-trial support to attorneys. Draft, review, and organize Requests for Admissions, Interrogatories, and Requests for Production. Manage discovery responses with accuracy and timeliness. Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, complaints, and proposed orders under attorney supervision. Track and manage non-party production, requests for copies, and maintain non-party logs. Draft and review Civil Remedies Notices (CRNs). E-File documents on both state and federal levels. Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and judicial assistants. Collaborate with attorneys and fellow paralegals to drive cases forward. Compensation & Benefits: Annual Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience) Monthly Bonus Potential. Paid Time Off: 1 week after 6 months. 2 weeks after 1 year. 3 weeks after 2 years. 6 paid personal/sick days. 6 paid federal holidays.
