In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our technicians, ensuring every service experience is smooth, transparent, and professional. A Toyota Service Advisor will guide customers through the service process — from check‑in to vehicle delivery, communicate service recommendations, prepare accurate estimates, secure necessary approvals, and ensure every customer leaves confident in the care their vehicle received. Schedule and Compensation Monday through Saturday, during our hours of operation One weekday off each week Closed Sundays Competitive compensation with annual earning potential of $55,000 to $100,000, based on experience Why Hoselton Auto Mall? A fantastic work environment with state‑of‑the‑art technology and opportunities for advancement Generous Paid Time Off & Holidays Medical insurance as low as $13/week, dental as low as $4/week and vision as low as $1/week $500 employer sponsored FSA benefit card 401(k) retirement plan with profit sharing & employer match Group Life & Disability Insurances Free tickets to Amerks, Red Wings & CMAC Discounts on cars, parts, service Premier auto dealership with a long history Responsibilities Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document service requests Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations clearly and professionally Estimate costs and time required for service or repairs Obtain customer authorization before proceeding with additional work Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service Keep customers updated on vehicle status throughout the day Review completed repairs with customers and explain the work performed Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or service center preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to explain technical information in simple terms Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) a plus A team‑oriented attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service Other Requirements High school diploma required At least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a drug test Physical Demands Stand, walk, sit Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls Bend, stretch, and reach with arms and legs Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch Talk, hear and smell Lift and move up to 20 pounds Vision requirements include: closeness, distance, peripheral, depth perception and ability to focus Use physical and manual dexterity Work Environment Moderate noise (office machines, computer printers and light traffic) Moderate noise and vibration Moderate exposure to fumes (exhaust fumes and paint) Moderate dust Extreme exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles Moderate heat and/or cold Other hazardous and non-hazardous materials Work Schedule Full‑time employees are regularly scheduled for 40 hours within the confines of our operating hours.
