Schedule

12-hour shifts, 7AM - 7:30PM, with a rotation including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and holiday on-call as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Surgical Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the operating room. The successful candidate will possess strong skills in circulating and scrubbing cases, particularly in orthopedics, as well as experience in robotic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality surgical nursing care in an acute setting across various specialties, including orthopedics and trauma.
• Circulate and scrub cases, ensuring patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to plan and implement patient care strategies.
• Participate in holiday and night shifts as required, including on-call rotations.
• Float to outpatient surgery as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2-3 years of surgical nursing experience is required.
• Must have experience with robotic surgery, including passing the arms in and out.
• Preferred experience across multiple surgical specialties.
• Current Registered Nurse license and certifications: BLS, ACLS (PALS preferred).
