What You’ll Do Lead and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to grow territory revenue and expand existing accounts. Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities with homebuilders using tailored, high-impact presentations. Build strong partnerships across all levels – from field teams to executive leadership. Stay ahead of market trends, economic shifts, and competitive activity to inform strategy. Represent our brand in the local builder community through industry events and associations. What You'll Bring 3+ years of sales experience in the homebuilding industry. Strong network and market knowledge in the DFW area. Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts.
