Clinical Pharmacist, Inpatient Pharmacy

Position Summary Under the direction of the Central Team Leader and Manager for Clinical services, ensures optimum patient outcomes related to medication use by preventing or resolving drug-related problems and coordinating the acquisition, distribution and control of all drug therapy to patients under the care of the pharmacist. Department Inpatient Pharmacy Schedule Full Time, (40 Hours, Days/Evenings/Nights) Position Clinical Pharmacist Education PharmD degree (or Bachelor's plus 2 years hospital pharmacy experience) Job Requirements PharmD degree (or Bachelor's plus 2 years hospital pharmacy experience) Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Required Licensure to practice pharmacy by the hire date (or eligibility within 30 days of hire) in the state of Massachusetts. Knowledge And Skills Strong interpersonal skills towards our customers (including patients, physicians and nurses) and fellow employees of the hospital. Compensation Range $43.03- $62.50 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
