POSITION SUMMARY:Under the direction of the Central Team Leader and Manager for Clinical services, ensures optimum patient outcomes related to medication use by preventing or resolving drug-related problems and coordinating the acquisition, distribution and control of all drug therapy to patients under the care of the pharmacist.Position: Clinical Pharmacist, Department: Inpatient PharmacySchedule: Full Time, (40 Hours, Days/Evenings/Nights)JOB REQUIREMENTSEDUCATION:PharmD degree (or Bachelor's plus 2 years hospital pharmacy experience)CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:Licensure to practice pharmacy by the hire date (or eligibility within 30 days of hire) in the state of Massachusetts.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Strong interpersonal skills towards our customers (including patients, physicians and nurses) and fellow employees of the hospital.Compensation Range:$43.03- $62.50This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
