What you’ll bring:

• Active OT or COTA license in the state of VA
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Adaptability to work with varying caseloads and itinerant assignments across multiple campuses
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering occupational therapy services to K-12 students as determined by IEPs
• Completing assessments, developing intervention plans, and documenting progress
• Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
• Traveling between sites as needed based on caseload
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
• Educating staff and parents on strategies for student support in the classroom and at home
