Events Project Manager

Supporting the Brand Creative team, the freelance Events Project Manager will manage the production of print and digital assets for the Knowledge event, coordinating closely with creative teams and stakeholders in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Manage project intake, scoping, and scheduling for asset production across the event Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met Serve as the primary point of coordination between the creative team, stakeholders, and external vendors Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative, marketing, or events environment Demonstrated experience managing high-volume production workflows for print and digital assets Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Workfront Experience coordinating with external print vendors and managing file delivery timelines Solid understanding of creative production processes, including print specifications and approval workflows
