Event Project Manager

Managing the complex lifecycle of AV production and creative design projects, the full-time remote Event Project Manager will serve as the primary client contact, guiding stakeholders through event execution while ensuring exceptional service and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities Lead audiovisual event project planning, managing scope, timelines, and budgets while coaching clients on best practices Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful event execution Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business through personal connections Required qualifications 4-7+ years of experience in the event industry, particularly in agency or high-touch environments Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively Proficient in verbal and written communication, with a focus on relationship-building Technical and creative curiosity related to AV production and event logistics Demonstrated adaptability in managing projects with shifting priorities and unforeseen challenges
