Reach Truck Driver / Order Picker (1st Shift) ($21.00/hr.)

We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Drivers / Order Pickers for a busy distribution center. This is an opportunity with weekly pay, overtime availability, and long-term growth potential. Candidates should have recent reach truck experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Apply Today!

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Can work until 4:30pm*

Key Responsibilities

Operate a reach truck throughout most of the shift in a high-bay warehouse environment
Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and verify customer orders accurately
Retrieve and store inventory in double-deep racking systems
Stage, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Perform inventory put-away and replenishment tasks
Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
Assist with warehouse organization and cleanup
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent reach truck experience
Experience working with RF scanners and order picking systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs when needed
Comfortable working at heights in a high-bay warehouse
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Heights, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
