The Role Finch is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical teams as we scale. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role reporting directly to the co-founder and COO, working closely with founders and hiring managers and executives across Engineering, Product, Sales, and more. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building scalable recruiting processes, and has a deep curiosity for how great teams are built. What You Will Do Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, across technical and non-technical roles Partner directly with founders and executives to shape hiring strategy and define top-of-funnel priorities Build, refine, and scale our recruiting processes to ensure speed, quality, and a world-class candidate experience Track and report on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate experience scores, sourcing activity) Manage 5–6 concurrent searches per quarter across multiple departments Serve as a talent advisor to hiring managers, helping refine job descriptions, interview rubrics, and closing strategies Leverage modern recruiting tools including Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talentwall, and Gem to identify and engage top talent Champion Finch’s culture and values in every candidate interaction Who You Are 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups or fast‑scaling tech companies Proven success hiring for technical and GTM roles across multiple departments Experienced in building or improving recruiting operations, pipelines, and interview processes Comfortable managing multiple open roles with competing priorities Data‑driven mindset, you track key metrics and use them to optimize outcomes Excellent communicator and relationship builder, both with candidates and internal teams Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and loves building structure in evolving environments Excited to work directly with founders and senior leadership to shape the future of Finch’s team Why Finch Foundational role : Help shape the future of our talent team and hiring strategy Massive market : We’re building infrastructure in a $100B+ industry that touches every employer and employee in the world Strong backing : World-class investors and a leadership team with deep startup experience Customer impact : Work with customers that are redefining the way people get paid, insured, and employed Benefits Competitive equity with a 10-year exercise window Full medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% for employees, 85% for dependents) Unlimited PTO (with a 3-week minimum) 401(k) plan Regular team offsites and meetups Hybrid work: 2+ days/week in our SF or NYC offices $163,000 - $178,000 a year Finch’s compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as equity for all full‑time roles. We want all full‑time employees to be invested in Finch and to be able to take advantage of that investment, so our equity grants include a 10-year exercise window. We also offer exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation range for this role is:

$163,000 - $178,000 OTE

Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
