No insurance license? No problem. We provide paid training and will help you earn your California Property and Casualty License.

What You'll Do:

• Educate customers on insurance products, coverages, and protection options.
• Build lasting customer relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service.
• Conduct value-based sales conversations that help customers make informed decisions.
• Make outbound calls to generate new business and follow up with prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout every interaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new customers.
• Confident, personable, and professional.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
• Coachable and eager to learn in a structured, high-performance environment.
• Outside sales experience is a plus but not required.
