We're looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, following up with customers, and closing sales. Position Overview This is NOT a cold-calling position. Our marketing generates qualified leads every day through our website, online advertising, social media, referrals, and other marketing channels. Your primary responsibility is to quickly respond to every lead, understand the customer's project, provide pricing and product recommendations, follow up consistently, and convert inquiries into completed sales. Responsibilities Respond promptly to all incoming leads via phone, email, text message, website inquiries, and live chat. Contact new leads within minutes whenever possible. Build relationships with contractors, homeowners, builders, architects, designers, and developers. Learn customer needs and recommend the best products for their projects. Prepare and send professional quotes and estimates. Follow up consistently until the customer makes a purchasing decision. Track every interaction using our CRM system. Schedule showroom visits and product consultations. Coordinate with warehouse and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Maintain excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience. Excellent phone communication skills. Strong written communication and email etiquette. Comfortable handling multiple customer conversations throughout the day. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software. Experience in the construction, building materials, fencing, landscaping, doors, windows, outdoor living, or home improvement industry is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience preparing estimates or quotations. Knowledge of aluminum fencing, gates, pergolas, synthetic turf, or related products.
