Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Beverly Hills, CA. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the firm’s tax advisory services, generate qualified leads, and support client acquisition and retention. Daily responsibilities include managing client outreach, conducting consultations to understand client needs, and presenting tailored service offerings in a clear, compliant, and professional manner. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining CRM records, preparing sales materials, and tracking performance metrics to support continuous improvement. The specialist will collaborate closely with tax advisors and leadership to align sales and marketing activities with firm goals and client expectations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal teams. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive new business, manage pipelines, and support revenue growth. Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients and internal stakeholders on service offerings and key tax concepts. Relevant experience in professional services, financial services, or tax consulting is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Beverly Hills, CA, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
