Finance and Restructuring Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Finance and Restructuring Associate with three to five years of experience to join its Dallas, TX office. The successful candidate will engage in a variety of corporate finance transactions, including senior and mezzanine debt, asset-based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitranche, and junior capital transactions, as well as related workout matters. Duties Participate in corporate finance transactions and related workout matters. Collaborate with team members to provide strategic legal counsel. Draft and review transaction documents and agreements. Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs. Requirements Three to five years of corporate finance transactional experience at a large law firm. Texas bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Texas. Strong communication and writing skills. Top academic credentials. Education JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Texas bar admission or eligibility.
