Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Restructuring Associate to join its practice in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in representing secured lenders and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and related transactions. Duties Represent secured lenders and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Handle DIP financing and cash collateral use. Manage plans of reorganization and asset dispositions. Conduct out-of-court workouts and restructurings. Oversee foreclosures and liability management transactions. Facilitate assignments for the benefit of creditors. Requirements 4-6 years of law firm experience in relevant practice areas. Strong communication skills. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing and analytical skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. Skills Proficiency in bankruptcy law and related transactions.
