Production Planning Manager

The Production Planning Manager is responsible for leading and managing the daily/weekly/monthly work streams throughout the operation. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, inbound, outbound, and returns processing. Responsible for the integration and coordination of production plans with leadership throughout the fulfillment center to ensure goals, objectives, and KPI targets are met throughout the business. This includes identifying issues, root causing problems, and resolving issues throughout the operational flow. Interact with the customer on a regular basis to review the sites operational performance, capacity restraint/solutions, and manage the throughput across all work streams of the business. Assist in facilitating and implementing continuous improvement projects throughout the business.
