Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the execution of projects in the respective region. Responsibilities Promote company culture and manage internal and external relationships Assistin status reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable and unbilled for allOEMprojects Developandmaintainschedules,participatein proposalpreparationand design review meetings asrequested. Provide document management and project record keeping including but not limited to data entry of time sheets, all aspects of billing, report generation, preparation and distribution of invoices, add &maintainjobs in accounting programs, tracking of accounts receivables. Assistthe technicians assigned to the office asrequested. Coordinate the preparation and submission of reports. Review expenses andmaintainaccuratedocumentation of expense reports Alwaysmaintaina professional attitude Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university OR an associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in the electric power and communications industry Relevant experience includes contract development and management for small- to medium-scale projects Knowledge and experience with project management processes and toolsrequired Proficiencywith the MS Office suite of software Experience in project management controls preferred Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented Strong writing and editing skillsare desired. Available and willing for up to 10%travelas necessary.
