What you’ll bring to the role:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
• Previous experience working with school-aged populations, ideally within diverse communities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork

As part of your responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and implement treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and administer individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
• Provide direct therapy sessions and track student progress toward established goals
• Conduct assessments and generate reports consistent with educational standards
• Serve as a resource for parents, teachers, and administrators regarding speech and language needs
