Your work supports customers and internal teams as they learn, adopt, and confidently use TOMRA Food solutions in real-world environments. Through thoughtful training experiences and clear communication, you make complex technology accessible and practical. By listening to customer needs and continuously improving how we teach, you help build long-term capability and strengthen TOMRA Food’s role as a trusted partner in the food processing industry.In this role, you value working closely with customers and internal teams to understand their goals and challenges. Your approach helps customers feel supported and confident as they use TOMRA Food technology in their day-to-day operations.If you believe you have what it takes to succeed in this role, even if you don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply.Primary Job Functions​​​​​​Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and course content for both external customers and internal teamsCreate and continuously update training materials, technical documentation, and structured learning content to support onboarding, system upgrades, and new product adoptionAssess training needs during customer interactions and recommend targeted solutions to address skill gaps and drive product adoptionPartner with Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Leadership teams to identify skill gaps and implement structured training solutionsSupport customers during implementation to enable confident use and adoption of TOMRA technologyContribute to TOMRA Food’s digital learning platforms, including knowledge base articles, webinars, and online coursesBuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customersDeliver training initiatives on time and to a high standard of qualityPromote a “Safety First” culture throughout the company, our customers, and our industryQualifications What we're looking forA Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical, mechatronics, sustainable manufacturing, or industrial engineering is preferred3+ years of experience in technical service or a comparable technical environmentExperience delivering training in a technical or operational environment, including virtual or remote formatsAbility to build trust and credibility when working with individuals and groupsAbility to understand, interpret, and clearly explain technical concepts and proceduresExperience reading, analyzing, and applying technical documentation and proceduresStrong written and verbal communication skills for training delivery and documentationBilingual in Spanish is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPointCustomer‑focused approach when delivering training and supportAbility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally, with travel representing approximately 40% of the roleAbility to work in an open office environment and at industrial customer sitesAbility to work in food processing plants, farms, cold storage facilities, and outdoor environments with varying temperatures Additional Information Pay BandFor U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated annual base pay range for this position is$87,110 - $108,897USD annually.
