Valley Fitness in Selma, CA, seeks a committed Group Training Coach to join our team. If you are a fitness enthusiast dedicated to motivating others to reach their fitness goals, we invite you to our dynamic Valley Strong group training sessions, where we foster a sense of community spirit.

Competitive hourly wage: $18 - $20
Compensation:$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Revise fitness plans based on clients’ progress toward set goals
- Verify that all fitness regimens are suitable for each client by conducting personal fitness evaluations
- Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety
- Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment
- Customize training routines to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals while staying within their current physical capabilities
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
- This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
- Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
