Doc Central Project Specialist
We are looking for a remote US contractor that will support the Operations team in developing workflows for our Doc Central database. We expect as a minimum requirement strong experience with tool automation and Doc Central. Interview will test understanding of both.
Project Goals:
- Evaluate existing access management processes.
- Take full ownership of process execution.
- Develop a robust, automated mechanism to streamline workflows.
Contractor Requirements & Skills:
- Project Management: Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks using Cisco-approved tools.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with coding and macros to facilitate automation.
- Process Improvement: Familiarity with Business Process Management (Greenbelt training a plus).
Location: Remote, US. Expected to work 9-5pm PST Minimum years of experience 8-10 years.
